Amazon 'gorgeous' hair bundle now half price and fans say 'looks like I just left the salon'

Amazon has halved the price of its best-selling hair care kit and shoppers say it left their hair soft and 'literally shimmering in the light' and claimed their hair still smelled amazing three or four days after washing.

The L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss has been reduced from over £57 to less than £29 in a limited-time Amazon deal. The kit contains a sulphate-free shampoo that cares for the hair's fibres, a conditioner to smooth the hair's surface, a five-minute lamination rinse-off to seal cuticles with a long-lasting glaze and a leave-in serum for the ultimate shine finish.

When the four products are used together, the set promises to transform hair, making it up to 88 per cent smoother and up to two times shinier, with results that last up to five washes. The products are powered with glycolic acid, which is known for its multiple benefits in skincare but also improves the shine, smoothness and strength of hair.

The L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss kit is designed for use on all hair times, from straight to wavy, curly and coily. The bundle has received great reviews on the Amazon website, with an average rating of 4.4 out of five stars.

"First, the smell of this product is gorgeous! Even the next day after wash day I could smell it! And the shine you get from using all four products is unbelievable. It felt so smooth and soft to the touch and was literally shimmering in the light.

"My hair has not been dyed in a few months but after using this everyone kept complementing me on my new hair and they were shocked to learn it was just from using this set. 100000% would get again!"

However, others weren't as blown away by the results, as one shopper wrote: "Just okay, you get what you pay for. I think it's supposed to be a dupe for the Kerastase range but you can tell a difference. Wouldn't repurchase."
