Boy Falls in Mall After Running Around, Mother Blames Staff for Not Helping Him & Damages Store

A mum in China recently blamed the employees of a shopping mall for NOT helping her son, who fell after running around.
The incident happened on October 21, 2024, and from the CCTV footage, which has gone viral on Weibo, the boy was seen running in a supermarket in Changsha, Hunan, China. Unexpectedly, after running for a while, the boy suddenly fell.
The boy hit his head due to the great impact, causing him to faint on the ground, and he was unable to stand up. Based on the CCTV footage, no one allegedly helped him.
On the same day, the boy’s mother took the child to the hospital for examination, and the medical record showed that the boy had injured his right limbs and head and also suffered a concussion and bleeding on the right top of his scalp.
However, the boy’s parents didn’t stop there. They made sure the mall employees knew they were NOT happy. So, they returned to the mall and unleashed their rage.
They went back and smashed things in the hope that the store would notice and compensate them.
The store clerk confirmed to the media that the boy’s parents had indeed smashed things in the store, and they understood that the parents were worried about their child.
The mall’s management has been dealing with the matter with the parents since the incident, but both sides have not yet reached an agreement, so they hope that the boy’s parents can resolve the issue through legal means.
The CCTV footage is currently circulating on Weibo.
